From the first time we met John to arrange pre-paid funerals for my my parents he was very professional and caring. Unfortunately we had to call on John's services sooner than we expected when my father passed away suddenly. From the first phone call to John after the death to the after care we received, he was excellent in making what was a very sad and difficult time easier for the family especially mum. Thank you John.

We cannot thank John Pinder enough for all his invaluable help during the very sad time of losing our sister Lesley, he is professional at all times and nothing is a bother, it is lovely how a man in his profession has such an approachable warm manner. Lesley was very specific in her funeral plans and John was paramount in making them happen, for this we will be forever thankful.

Perfect funerals carried out for my late wife and previously our late son. They really are kind, wonderful and caring people. Very professional in every aspect. Cannot praise them enough.

Absolutely excellent service, the staff were all extremely thoughtful and caring, and very sensitive in what was a sad situation Would highly recommend their services, and to top it all off we unexpectedly received a remembrance book a few weeks later, which brought a tear to my eyes, but they were happy tears as it made me remember my late father Thank you to everyone at steadmans Steve and jo.

From the moment I walked through the door of Steadman and Sons I knew not only that dad was in good hands but so were we his family. The best accolade I can give is that every member of staff treated dad as if he were a member of their own family. Their care and kindness to us was so welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them. They kept in touch with us and answered all our questions. We knew dad was in safe hands. Thank you Steadman and Sons Paul and all the staff.

Everyone at steadman were outstanding I couldn't have wished for nicer caring people to help with mums final farewell. Thank you all so much.
