Kim Caves I can't recommend Regency enough. They are amazing, and I have recommended them to a lot of people. I can't express how wonderful, lovely, and caring Lisa and Ellie at Regency are. I lost my Mum very suddenly last year, and my Dad was totally numb after 57 years of marriage. I went to see Lisa and Ellie for some advice about planning a funeral. There were so many questions! There was absolutely no pressure to use their services. They made us feel like part of the family. No matter how small the question, they were always there to answer. They supported us through every step. Lisa treated Mum like her own family. We decided to have a bespoke graveside service, which I think Mum would have wanted. It was beautiful despite the sadness of saying goodbye to a Wife, Mum, Nan, Great Nanny, Auntie, and Friend. Lisa, Ellie, and the Team have become great friends. Thank you so much, Lisa and Ellie, for making a very sad day so beautiful.

I cannot recommend these amazing funeral directors enough. A family company they have laughed with us and cried with us. They kept my boy safe in their beautiful chapel of rest in lovely rural surroundings and welcomed us at any time. They supported us daily in the long run-up to the funeral. Lisa and Ellie were phenomenal in everything they did for us as a family Outstanding service laced with care and love.

Regency Funeral Directors were really caring and supportive as well as efficient in dealing with my father’s funeral. The whole family were really pleased with the service. Thank you.

Very pleased with the service fr my mother's funeral In spite of a long journey and a difficult terrain on arrival, everything was done perfectly. Also the discovery that my mother was know by repute to one of your colleagues brought an element of friendliness to the proceedings which helped to cheer up a sad occasion. Nothing else to say - I simply cannot think of any way in which the service provided could be improved.

The service provided by the staff at William Peacocks was excellent. Nothing was to much trouble and they couldnt be more helpful. Fortunately we only have to deal with these sort of occasions a few times in our live, but it was definitely made easier by the way the staff at William Peacocks handled it.

Throughout the service I received I can only rate it as five star. Kay was fantastic . She made me feel at ease from our first meeting . All the team at cobbolds did a terrific job and I would always give them a strong recommendation . The customer service was excellent even to have the follow up calls when a weekend was approaching just in case as a family we needed anything was a lovely touch .

An excellent service from initial contact,arrangement meeting,chapel visit,cremation to internment all carried out professionally and personal care from all the St Neots team.
