I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Michael, Chloe, Julie, Karen, and everyone at Greater Manchester Funeral Service for taking care of my sister and our family throughout this whole journey, especially on the day of the funeral. Even from our very first meeting, my family knew you were the right team for us. Your professionalism and kindness made everything a bit easier during such a dark time for us. It's a year today my Mum in Law gained her angel wings in the early hours of the morning. As I had used Greater Manchester Funeral Service for my own Mums funeral 6 years ago I had no hesitation to call them for my Mother in Law. I knew she would be treated with dignity and the care, respect and compassion at the age of 98 she so deserved. This was also extended out to her large family of 5 generations who were also treated with the upmost compassion and respect by the whole team at Greater Manchester Funeral Service. All the staff took care with the arrangements, and made me feel at ease throughout the arrangements. The communication is above expectations as when speaking to family who have delt with funerals before commented how great the service is. The extra little touches that were done for us before and after are overwhelming and heartfelt. They are truly all Angels and we would recommend them to all we no. We also used Danielle to do Darryll's service and she was more than expected. She captured Darryll exactly how he was and was a gem. Our family would like to thank Michael and his team at Harold P Heywood for the lovely funeral he arranged for our mum in July. From start to finish Michael was very professional.
