As a family we only have good things to say about Tanners funeral directors. Sally made the whole process simple and stress free. She showed empathy and we all felt like she really did care. Sally was exceptional. She was never too busy to answer any questions that we had. Excellent customer service from the whole team. Thank you for taking away the stress at such a sad time.

We used Tanners for the funeral for our Mum and the care and compassion they showed was second to none. Their attention to every detail provided the perfect way to say goodbye to our Mum. A slightly different but telling angle....we are suppliers to Penrose, and whilst some of our customers can be hard to deal with, we have found the way we have been treated - with respect, in partnership and very politely, is exactly the same as we'd expect a Funeral Director to work with his clients.
