Yesterday marked the funeral of our lovely dad. We couldn't have asked for a more fitting, memorable day celebrating his life. This could not have been done without the support Steve and his team provided us. It was truly the best decision we made to use Steve's services. From our first meeting through to the funeral yesterday, we were treated with care, compassion and utmost professionalism. This difficult time has been made so much easier with the support he has given to my sister and myself. A heartfelt thank you to all involved, but especially to Steve and Colin who made yesterday the special day it was. Five stars really isn't enough to give you! Thank you for everything.

We used Grocutt and Sons following the death of our beloved Dad. From the first call through to his funeral service, Steve walked us through the process with great care and sensitivity. My sister and I really appreciated the suggestions made, the Celebrant recommended, all of which made the funeral so very fitting for Dad and the day felt like a true celebration of a very special life. Thank you Steve, we will be forever grateful for taking such good care of all of us.

Steve at Grocutt and sons was amazing, we phoned several times over the 2 week period and he was extremely helpful and supportive. Emma and the team made a very emotional time very easy. They did everything we asked of them . With empathy. Respect and Support . I wouid recommend the team for anyone who wants the perfect funeral. Nothing was to much. We were kept informed about the funeral from the very beginning and it took a lot of pressure from us when the cars arrived everything was explained to us as to what would happen . When we got to the crematorium Colin was there too meet us which was nice and he carried out the perfect service and spoke about mum and us as a family as if he had known us years. Thank you all.

We had previously used Robert Nicolls funeral directors when Dad died several years ago, so when Mum passed away recently, we had no hesitation in choosing them again. We dealt mainly with Emma who could not have been more helpful. Emma guided us through obtaining the death certificate, registration etc, as well as the actual funeral, nothing was too much trouble. On the day of Mum's funeral, we were met at the crematorium with friendliness and understanding and agai, guided through the procedure.
