From the first meeting with the lovely Jan, the arrangement of flowers and a celebrant, the preparation of the body, and the service on the day, Savilles were excellent. Sensitive and professional but with that warm approach that meant it felt so personal and that nothing was too much trouble. I, and the rest of my family, could not recommend them more highly.

Savilles were recommended to me and I am so thankful that they were. The whole team were kind, compassionate and understanding from beginning to end. Tracey the first lady we saw to make arrangements was amazing! I would definitely recommend.

Can’t thank Lee enough could not of done this without you . Thank you so much for making my dads passing so easy to deal with and a special thanks for the jelly babies.

James Crook Funeral Services Were very professional. They handled everything with sensitivity and ease. Everything went perfect on the day. Very highly recommended.

I can't speak highly enough of the service that we received from James Crook. Arta, who looked after us, was so kind and supportive. She talked us through the process in a way that made that took away so much of the stress. She co-ordinated everything and updated us at each stage. On the day of the funeral the staff were excellent and very respectful. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Second time in two years I have required Shanti's services. Last year for my mum's passing and just recently for my dad.I have to say, Hitesh and his team are simply outstanding. From start to finish they held my hand through the whole process. There is a genuine warmth that exudes from everyone. They treated me as a family member. They show so much respect and afforded me as much time as I required each time I came by. I cannot praise Shanti high enough. I would like to make mention of certain individuals - Hitesh runs a superb ship and is clearly the heartbeat for Shanti. Kalpesh though in my eyes is the actual heart. These two are magnificent and I will never be able to fully express my gratitude to them. Ashmi is an incredible asset for Shanti and what she did for me in helping with everything cannot be emphasised enough. I will never ever forget her contribution.
