David Silvey provided a caring, personal and professional service when we entrusted them to arrange our mother's funeral. All of the staff that I had dealings with were sensitive and helpful. They helped make a difficult time less stressful by also taking on many of the external arrangements for us. We trusted that they would help to ensure that everything went smoothly on the day of the funeral, and it did. They helped us to give our dear mum a memorable send off that we will look back on for years to come.

The service throughout the whole process was impeccable, dealt both with professionalism and sensitivity. Elaine and the team were always on hand to deal with any questions and at no time did I feel uninformed. I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

Plenty of time for you listen to you nothing to much trouble , very polite ., Also lovely photo of mumi in a frame at the church, then handed to me when we came back to the wake, plus a small round glass pot with flowers,was taken aback what alovely surprise I was touched .

They have a very caring and supportive team. They seamlessly move you from grief to pride in an event you would otherwise find incredibly difficault. They have great contacts with a florist who doesn't disappoint. staff who make you feel special. we could not contemplate using anyone else, and I will make it my wishes to use them when my time comes, because I know that my loved ones will be made comfortable and be looked after.

The care and personal service given is second only to the support given to the family left behind. cannot recommend them enough.
