I'm a student that was looking for storage for when I move out my halls in summer. I telephoned the High Wycombe store and spoke to a lovely chap called ZED. He was so friendly and funny. He was so helpful and gave me all the information to put me at ease when the time comes. He took my details and put me on a waiting list. Looking forward to speaking to him next.

Sam was great from my initial enquiry visit to check-in. Very friendly and efficient. Takeisha gave me a friendly welcome with a warm smile when I walked through the door yesterday, which makes all the difference! Very impressed.

Very friendly and helpful staff that made a difficult situation far easier. I would definitely go there again.

I reserved a few months before I would need the unit, and this was no trouble at all. They always responded professionally, promptly and friendly to any questions, and when I started to use the unit, I had the same pleasant experience. It's clean and secure, so you do feel your property will be safe. I also like that it's not open 24/7, and staff are on-site when it is. So far, so good. I highly recommend them.

Safestore were brilliant, they helped at every stage of the process and were even prepared to change the requirements at the last minute.

Thr girls are allways more then helpful I visit the store nearly every day couldn't ask for better service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Set up was simple. The facility was smart clean and tidy with all necessary equipment including WiFi and other facilities that I had no need of but probably useful for some others. No hidden extras apart from insurance but that's a necessary evil with everything. Never had any problem getting access and all in all a very trouble-free experience. I would recommend them without reservation.

StorageMart provides a great facility at very competitive rates and the staff are very professional as well as extremely friendly. A real pleasure to do business with, StorageMart made storing our possessions very easy to do. Thank you StorageMart!

Excellent customer service. They went to great lengths to help support an urgent requirement for more storage and I would highly recommend it. The storage facility is in the highest of conditions.
