First class service, staff very friendly and helpful, very impressive layout with a large variety of stock to see ,would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for any future purchases.The delivery drivers were extremely carefull when they delivered our sofas ,all packaging was taken away they were very friendly and it was delivered in the allocated time slot plus a friendly call to say they were on their way a job well done ,many thanks .

Purchased a table and 4 chairs from Arthur Llewellyn Jenkins. The whole process was like going back in time when customer service ment something. Browsing instore, was a pleasure and the people working there were fantastic , friendly and good fun. The process of purchasing fantastic, phone call updates through out Delivery was prompt, on time , all built up at home and boxes taken away , the the guys were really friendly.

Visited this store today and have to say that the selection of furniture is superb. The staff are also superb, very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Helen in particular made our visit/purchase very pleasant but also the other ladies there were fab too. They all are a credit to the company. We look forward to receiving our new furniture and would definitely recommend the store. Thanks again Helen.

An amazing service at an amazing price. We bought a single bed with two drawers in the base. On delivery one drawer was badly damaged. I notified the shop who promised as replacement as soon as possible. It came in yesterday and we collected it today. It is often easy to give excellent reviews when everything goes smoothly, but it is wonderful to be able to report that our experience of their after-service has been second to none. It has been outstanding. Thank you Cwtch Comfort - we will be back shortly. I am not quick to priase as I expect good service as a norm, but you really have gone the extra mile for us and we are very grateful to you indeed. Highly recommended to anyone wondering whether to buy from this shop or not - proceed with confidence the after sales is as good as their pre-sales service.

The products coming from Thomas Lloyd are of the highest standard. The prices are reasonably low considering the high quality. The reduced items on sale are less expensive but are of the same high standard as I have found out. The communication system between the business and the customer is the best you could want. The staff are very helpful and efficient. I don't think another business could exceed the workmanship and business professionalism of Thomas Lloyd.

I must admit I have purchased Thomas Lloyd furniture (Queen Anne Chairs) from Ebay before and I was already aware of the quality of their furniture. This time around I bought three Lincoln 3 Seaters. Absolutely gorgeous. I love the way the sofa curves in and out which sets them out from other sofas. The button down seating area is firm but soft. I personally think its better than having cushioned seating area. The leather is sooooo soft. It actually gets better as each day passes. I did have the stain protect option and I would recommend it to everyone. The customer service was excellent throughout. The delivery drivers were helpful but I couldn't understand a word of what they were saying through their Welsh accent. The furniture is top quality and I can't fault it. I will be buying more from them soon. A+++++

Very happy with price, quality and service when buying 2 large leather sofas. Looked everywhere first, would anybody buy from chain retail park outlets and their Chinese square box rubbish. We got exactly what we wanted from TL, far better product for similar cost.
