Fantastic customer service and great products! The lady who was on the door gave me such a lovely warm welcome which really set the tone for the rest of my time in store! I needed help reaching a high shelf and the lady who helped me was very friendly. Then I needed lots of help choosing a rug and Blaze was especially AMAZING! After months of trying to choose a suitable rug I was desperate! She patiently listened to my description of my living room and gave me just the right recommendations on colours, sizes and materials, and helped me choose the perfect rug! I'm so grateful!

Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced! Very welcoming by the young lady greeter at the door & also the lovely lady in the curtain section! The layout for social distancing was very effective. And another bonus was I got everything I wanted to buy! Even the lady at the till was lovely & gave a pleasant goodbye.. Kerp up the excellent work, what a pleasant visit...

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Love the selection on all their departments. Great shop. Just want we need!

They are not pushy and take the time to ensure you have an item that is best suited to you and your needs. These people have many years of experience and would always be my go to company. If you want beds and or furniture you definitely need to check this company out. Well priced also, cannot thank you enough.

Excellent service from Sittingbourne branch. My salesman was Craig. He was so very helpful & what I liked was, he didn't pressure me when buying my new sofa, or give me the old sale talk. Such a great friendly guy who listened to what I wanted. I'm so pleased I stepped into this furniture shop. Gorgeous furniture. Lots to choose from & I highly recommend Kent bedZzz & Sofas.
