We bought a new mattress from Stafford store and Sue who dealt with us was extremely helpful.We were measured up for what type would suit us and left to look around.We didn't feel pressured to buy and we're offered tea or coffee.Sue was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and we decided to buy one.

We visited Dreams in Stafford and had the pleasure of meeting Emma absolutely gorgeous soul. Emma welcomed us when we entered and gave us great advice on which mattress would suit us.

Emma was extremely helpful and efficient, giving us informed info and a hot drink. We were very pleased with our purchase.

I am waiting for my order to arrive from Olivias which i have just had notification that it has been shipped. Very excited to receive it. I have ordered from them because they have a fantastic range and the price beat any of the others retailers I found online.

Cabinet was easy to construct. Ideal size for me. However handles are extremely loose and don't think they will take any strain at all. Might need to think of another solution as they wont stand any pressure . Its a shame as i like the cabinet.

Great site, good information about the product, easy to navigate around the site and to order. Looking forward to receiving my side table and have my eye on other items.

Mr Tony at SCS Stafford was very professional and explained the fabric type of each furniture I checked. He was patient, calm and answered all my questions. I have made SCS Stafford a first choice for sofas and carpets and Mr Tony was instrumental in this.

Shah was extremely helpful, courteous and professional in assisting us in selecting two leather chairs. At no time were we pressurised into making a decision and we were shown several options to assist our decision. We did place an order and our visit was rather a pleasure! Thank you.

The staff were incredibly helpful, even when I had said upfront that I wasn't going to be buying. Jack was able to explain why I didn't like my current mattress, and helped me narrow down what I'm looking for in a mattress.
