I recently had a new sectional garage door installed by Doormatic. After researching different options, I specifically requested a side motor to free up ceiling space in my garage and the team delivered exactly what I wanted. The consultation process was straightforward and informative. The member of staff who came out to measure up and quote helped me select the perfect door style and explained the benefits of different motor systems and door choices clearly. There was quite a long wait of two months for the door to be manufactured but this is pretty standard to be fair. The installation day went smoothly. The technicians were punctual, professional and all was completed in about three hours. Time will tell as to how the door functions over the months and years but so far so very good.

I was looking to replace my UPVC front door with a composite type and also the adjacent 'up and over' garage door with a roller shutter door, both in the same colour. I was finding it difficult to find a company that provided both until I came across Doormatic online. After their surveyor had assessed the job and I had subsequently agreed a price, I was able to design my own front door with the easy to use online tool. A fitting date was agreed and the team turned up when expected. The finishes on both doors are excellent and I am very pleased with the outcome as the 'kerb appeal' of the house is greatly enhanced. A very satisfied customer!

From initial quotation to installation I cannot recommend Doormatic highly enough!! They made the whole process simple and even when I asked stupid questions, they patiently explained in a professional and friendly manner. The garage doors are absolutely gorgeous and installation was so smooth and speedy! The installers were polite, friendly and very tidy! Would definitely use again.

I engaged AGD Surrey Ltd to replace an existing up-and-over single garage door with an electric sectional door and I was very happy and satisfied with the whole experience, from start to finish. At all times, the staff at AGD were prompt, friendly and helpful, right from the initial enquiry, through to providing a quote and then completing the work. They were punctual for all appointments and the work on the day of installation was completed swiftly and neatly. I would happily recommend them.
