Amazing little shop in the heart of Stirling. Its quickly become our favourite place to go when in the town. If your looking for gifts or any crystals they have such a huge and beautiful selection. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming, and the shop has a warm feel to it, very calming and inviting. Cant wait to visit again next time we are through.

This shop is amazing! I stumbled across this by accident and sooo glad I did. I had to return the next day with my friend as it was so good. Has such a magical feel and a fantastic range of items. The shop keeper was very friendly and went over and above to help us get items we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Great shop, absolutely loved it. Really friendly staff, will definitely visit again.

I had a fantastic experience sending my partner a gift box from Clan Artisan. Although the product selection isn’t as expansive as other hamper gifting businesses, the curated options are high quality, unique, and most importantly- rooted in supporting small, local producers. The customer service with Jen was friendly, prompt, and had a personal touch. The package arrived quickly and the gift wrapping too brought it all together.

I recently ordered several hampers from Clan Artisan as Christmas gifts for family and friends (and for myself and my partner!). These were absolutely fabulous and great value. Everyone was delighted with their gifts. I can highly recommend their friendly and efficient service, as well as great quality tasty products.

Unbelievable customer experience. Jen was so friendly and personable from beginning to end. The products are superb, definitely better than buying the soulless hampers you find online. Will absolutely recommend Clan Artisan to everyone.

Despite it may have fallen out of the parcel during transit and it’s no fault of their own, the lady who picked up the phone was kind enough to have not only offered a replacement but insisted on a refund. We really appreciate your effort for sorting out inventory and your kindness that makes this Christmas a little bit more special for us:) We’ll definitely visit the store in person if we ever travel to Stirling.

Bought 2 small canvas prints and needed a 3rd,which was out of stock.So the lovely Ladies between them ordered it for me and sorted out postage to my home address.Great customer service and a fabulous shop.
