Started classes with Adrian back in Dec 23, after I was asked to take part in a Xmas ‘hyrox’ class. That moment changed my fitness game altogether. 6months on I’m in the best shape of my life, fitter than ever, have taken running back up and signed for my first marathon . All because of an Ironman named Adrian!!! Who is a super nice guy and also one of the best coaches in the business . Xxxx.

Loving the new Hyrox craze, group PT sessions with Adrian are brilliant he’s so encouraging, pushing everyone individually to be better than their best. Haven’t run in years due to a knee injury and now 6 months in running again, much stronger and feel fitter than ever!.

Great gym, 24 hour access, staff are brilliant, facilities are top drawer. Massive free weights and cardio areas. Safety is guaranteed with plexiglass dividers between equipment. Overall, definitely worth joining, especially for the price!.

Great old school gym! Was well pleased when I found this I popped in beforehand to check it out and was greeted with a warm welcome and was shown around. Staff will go out their way to help you and advise you if yo have any questions, place is absolutely spotless coming from a Cleaning business not many gyms are these days. I hate the busyness off chain gyms this is just perfect for what I was looking for good prices and never stupidly busy. A good gym and experience all round keep up the hard work your smashing it.

Amazing gym experience worth the money all day long friendly staff ALWYAS willing to help no matter what I’ve been to a few local gyms and have to put my hands up and say this is one of the best family oriented gyms I’ve known equipment is 9/10 cleanliness 10/10 and all around a good gym.

A great family owned gym. The staff are helpfu and welcoming at all times. Has a wide variety of equipments and weights which is brilliant. Definitely recommend this gym.

You won't be disappointed!.

Lovely gym with brilliant staff. Had the pleasure of interacting with Shaf who works there and he’s been amazing at helping me work out and try and better myself. Always on hand too offer his support and advise. Makes the gym a very welcoming place. His classes also had me stiff for days!!!!!.

A HUGE gym. I’ve been to many puregyms in my life, this is definitely one of the biggest. Plenty of equipment and it’s clean, spacious and genuinely has a good gym atmosphere. I wish this was my local gym! The changing rooms were clean, and showers well maintained and private.
