Abdul, the General Manager and an outstanding personal trainer, exemplifies excellence in both roles. His dedication, expertise, and genuine passion for fitness create a motivating and supportive environment. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always on hand to offer support and guidance. The gym at MK is a great environment and atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have brought some PT Sessions with Jake and he has been great. He has teaching me about how each bit of equipment. Jake has been very supportive and listens and has put me through my paces every week and I enjoy going back to each session plus the gym in general with the people and staff really gives me the confidence to go on my own and still get a good workout. I fully recommend joining and if possible book in sessions with Jake such a top guy who is very knowledgeable.

My favourite feature here is that it's large and spacious, with high ceilings. So, it doesn't feel crowded even when it's busy. All the equipments are in good condition and enough in number. There's very less waiting time if at all. The gym is right next to the station, and that makes it easy for me to come regularly straight from work.

Great friendly gym with fresh and vibrant exercise equipment. The studio is great for classes as you can adjust lighting, etc, and sound is OK. Only complaints re studio is microphones keep failing and gym users will take mats etc out of the studio and not bring them back so they will be short of equipment for classes. I love the ladies' only gym but find yet again people take equipment out of there. Especially from the matrix machine, and again, don't put it back. Despite this, I have found this gym to be welcoming and very clean.

Gym is great, people are great good environment and great facilities. A recommendation that sauna shouldn’t be electric and should be replaced by regular saunas but still does the job and provides a great experience.

Came here on a guest pass today, please ignore the bad reviews staff are lovely the gym is spacious and has lots of different areas to train in. Female changing rooms were clean and tidy. If I lived in Milton Keyes would join here.
