I can highly recommend Terri as a strength trainer. I had a 1-to-1 session with her where she gave me some great exercises I can do when I want a powerful workout, even if I don't have a lot of time. For anyone interested in combat training, I can also highly recommend training with Mikey. Whether it's group boxing classes or K1 1-to-1 sessions his classes are excellent. Finally, if yoga is your thing, I highly recommend joining Thursday classes with Evi. The classes are challenging, but very rewarding. Altogether, three excellent trainers that I have had the pleasure of training with here.

Excellent sports complex. There is a large selection of group training including Pilates, yoga, boxing, Zumba and others. There are introductory lessons on using equipment in the gym for beginners. The only negative is the queues to enter and exit. Why? Because here you can only enter one at a time (you must enter your personal code on the door) and sometimes the queue reaches 10-15 people. The changing rooms are large and comfortable. Also, sometimes the door can jam, which further increases the entry time.

I highly recommend Ms Terri Barrett as a personal trainer! I was new to the gym and she gave me the most constructive and supportive routines. She is professional and kind. She had taken home so many medals herself in multiple games -- that's how you know that she's good! No matter which level you're at, Terri is the best personal coach.

I've been at the gym since January after contacting Eva about PT sessions and I'm so glad I did! The gym is great and everyone is friendly and supportive. Having training with Eva has made me feel so much more confident both in and out of the gym. She's a great motivator and has taught me so much not just about training but also about nutrition. I'm already over a stone lighter and I'm feeling so much better in myself. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who's feeling ready to make a change as she's made it feel so easy and has been there rooting for me and cheering me on from the start.

Absolutely love this gym! It is well kept, clean and modern. They have a good selection of classes. Especially Eva's HIIT class! Eva is also my PT who has helped me work on strengthing my core after having a baby. She is very motivated and passionate. She creates a variety of programs tailored to your goals. And is always checking in and is supportive along your fitness journey.

Cannot recommend this gym enough! Really clean, modern and great facilities. Staff are friendly, and the ladies only space is a bonus, especially during busy periods in the main gym area. The best part of my experience with Feel Fit has been training with Eva for the past few months. Deciding to start sessions with her has been one of the best personal investments I’ve made, for both my physical and mental health. Despite starting to train with her for a specific weight loss goal ahead of my wedding, her positive, warm and inspiring approach has meant that I’ve continued my sessions with Eva since then. Her genuineness, passion, knowledge about fitness and commitment to helping you reach your goals is rare to find, so if you’re looking to see progress in your personal fitness journey with someone who will motivate you, help you become more confident about strength training and really cheer you along as you achieve your goals then I would 110% recommend training with Eva!.
