I have attended classes, workshops and events here for two years and have honestly enjoyed every one. The studio is offering more diverse classes and interesting workshops than ever but has maintained its welcoming atmosphere, great teachers and open hearted spirit that has seen the community grow and grow. The new retail area at the front of the studio sells a lovely range of unique items from local artists. Simone and her team offer a service for the local area with great integrity and warmth.
I enjoyed taking class at Prana Yoga during my travels. I appreciated the intro offer and made the most of taking class during the week. Make sure to bring your own mat as there is a small charge to hire. Good classes and nice light studio.
Simone is an excellent yoga instructor, able to direct the class in a way that allows you to get into a great flow, with options for more gentle or more advanced poses. Her voice is calming, her timing is perfect, and sequences are creative and inspiring. If you ask her for extra help to break down a complicated pose, she will definitely assist. Beautiful place, great yoga, awesome and knowledgable instructor.

SIMPLY YOGA OXFORD REVIEWS
I love Daniela's teaching style. She is caring and considerate of everyone's needs in the class. She prepares each class carefully , focusing on different parts of the body, changing the emphasis (slow, or more dynamic) in response to comments and request. She guide us and demonstrate every position, and provides alternatives for everyone. She is calm and warm. She brings the principles of yoga to us in practical and simple ways.
Classes with Daniela are excellent. She is always early (not all teachers are!) and well prepared. She is very keen to have feedback and respond to it. Her 75 minute vinyasa class is extremely good, thorough, well-paced and just enough challenge (for me!). Daniela is warm and welcoming and her own modelling of practice is inspiring.
Daniela has a creative teaching style and she incorporates variety and depth to her classes. She is very encouraging and helps us try out new poses safely and with good humour. There are no repeat lessons, each one is a one-off, which keeps it fresh, enjoyable and challenging. You will receive a warm welcome and lots of support. I thoroughly recommend it!
As a novice at Yoga before going to Daniella, I have to say she is brilliant. She has such a knack for explaining how to do the poses and how to tailor them to make them work for you. As well as explaining the ethos and spiritual side of the practice. The classes are very inclusive, there is a great supportive atmosphere and I always come out feeling super relaxed and happy with my lot - Ann T

A gem! I love this studio. So unpretentious, relaxed, welcoming and calm. Everything a yoga studio should be. I attend a number of different classes every week and the teachers are brilliant. No need to bring a mat (unless you want to- all equipment is available to borrow).
The Every Body Studio is absolutely stunning (very airy, flowy, with lots of cute plants and plenty of space). The staff is incredible and super friendly - always there to welcome you before the class starts and the yoga teachers always stick around at the end if you have any questions. I did the two-week introduction membership to get a taste of all the classes and felt that they had such a wide range of courses (vinyassa, strong flow, barre, pilates, etc.) with teachers that each have a particular focus. Also (huge plus) there are two great coffee places next door (Missing Bean and Green Routes). Could not recommend this studio more! :)
A really special yoga studio. The only place I've ever felt truly comfortable doing group classes, as a happily fat person. A lot of places claim to be body positive or make vague statements about listening to your body but this is the only space I've found that truly walks the walk with their whole approach to yoga and movement - from the lack of mirrors, to the range of classes, to the use of props and modifications, to the phrases used (and the phrases NOT used), to the art work, to the things they share on social media, to the atmosphere in the studio...it's clear the genuine values they hold. Honestly a space that has been key to changing my relationship with intentional movement and helped strengthen my relationship with my body.
