I’ve never been to the gym before this and honestly everyone there is super friendly and welcoming. Joined two sessions with PT Junaid, he’s amazing at motivating you and explaining/demonstrating the gym apparatus with clarity. Such positive and uplifting sessions- you will ache for days after but that’s how you know it’s working for sure! 10/10 would recommend! Thank you!.

I've been going to fitness first since January ..was nervous due to past gym experiences.. but I'm happy to say I love it here. So much so I recommened one of my best friends to join who now loves it too! The staff are all super friendly and helpful.. changing rooms are clean and spa facilities are great. Have been attending Muay Thai for the last three weeks with Shark and its now one my my favourite things to do!! Challenging.. Great environment .. Great people.. exactly what you want from a class.

I 100% recommend Junaid at Fitness First in St Albans as a personal trainer. I've never had a PT before and I was always quite intimidated by the different equipment at the gym. As a result, I got stuck doing the same thing over and over and I was not particularly enjoying it. During each PT session with Junaid, he has shown me how to use various equipment and techniques for building strength. He has shown unwavering support, enthusiasm and passion for my training which has been such a boost for my confidence. He has totally changed my approach to fitness and I'm excited to continue training with him. Thank you Junaid! The facilities, staff and location of Fitness First in St Albans is spot on :) thank you all for being so lovely.

BODY LIMIT GYM REVIEWS

I’ve been going to Body Limit Gym for a number of years now and can honestly say it is a fantastic place to go and exercise, in my opinion, one of the best by quite a distance. The facilities and equipment available to members is top notch as well as the advice and guidance given by staff and management if you’re unsure about something. Members and staff are all friendly and welcoming, it is a family in itself and when you are at the gym you are encouraged by everyone around you to reach your own “body limit” by constantly progressing session by session. Would highly recommend anyone in and around the area to pop in and check it out.

Old school gym - the equipment is old and in parts rusty however remain functional. The staff are a testament to the gyms working equipment as they are all incredibly strong. Whilst this gym may appear intimidating they have nothing but support for newcomers nd experienced lifters alike.

Great old school style gym, everyone is polite and friendly much better than these corporate gyms.

PUREGYM ST ALBANS REVIEWS

Quality all-in classes here mean PureGym is outstanding value. The passion of Mark, Ricardo, Joanna, Emma, Danny and Adam are matched by their skill in running challenging classes. I’ve never been a fan of the gym, or PE, but 12 weeks of regular attendance has seen me lose 3kg and reduce my body fat proportion by 9%..

Staff at the gym are fantastic, always pushing you to achieve higher level's. Especially enjoyed Romeo’s Burn it class. Always very accommodating to individual needs.

24 hour fitness centre with the best possible people working there. Every gym equipment you're looking for is there and is quite spacious to accommodate a lot of people.
