I recently had the pleasure of visiting Durans Hair Studio for haircuts for both my daughter and myself, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to make sure we both had an excellent experience. Ellie was incredibly attentive, listening carefully to what we both wanted and offering expert suggestions that really made a difference. The end results were fantastic—my daughter’s hair looks absolutely adorable, and I’m thrilled with my own cut as well. The precision and care taken during our appointments truly showed in the final look. Beyond the excellent technical skills, Ellie made the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable. It’s clear that she takes great pride in her work and truly cares about her clients' satisfaction. We walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and already looking forward to our next visit. Today was my second visit to Durans, the first time I had the wonderful Lauren cut my hair, I was nervous to have too much cut off and I am very fussy but she was superb. Today’s visit was equally fabulous! Carly listened to exactly what I wanted and was very patient with me, I felt relaxed, confident and reassured that I would love my hair and she was right! I love it. Very professional throughout from the moment I entered the salon. Thank you so much.

Carly did my hair yesterday and I am blown away at her level of skill and professionalism. She listened to exactly what I wanted and absolutely smashed it!! My hair is beautiful I keep looking at myself in the mirror because I can't actually believe that this was possible! Another great experience at Ruby Lane. Hayley really knows her stuff, puts me at ease in every visit and takes time to explain.the processes and products she uses. I have been a client since 2019 and no plans to move on to anywhere else. My curly hair is in great condition having gone from very dark brown to a light golden brown highlighted tone. The journey to grey is a long one but I am in safe hands and my hair is in great condition. See you in December Hayley and Ruby Lane. The best hairdressers in Aylesbury that I've been to. I always have Sarah do my hair for a wash, cut and blow dry and she is amazing every single time. She knows exactly what I want and perfects it on every visit. The place itself is clean, welcoming and friendly and the staff are lovely. It is always a relaxing experience when I visit and would definitely recommend it. Parking is outside in the car park for the shops as a whole but you can put your registration in at the hairdressers to avoid parking charges.

First time going to Ruby Lane and enjoyed my experience! Booked in last minute for a wash, cut and blow dry - Lauren was really informative and helped give my hair the much needed shape I asked for.
