I’ve been coming here for the last two years now and even though I’ve moved away, I’m still happy to make the 50 mile round trip to have my hair done by Shelley. Always leave loving my style and colour and you feel like you’ve spent a few hours nattering with friends. I won’t be looking for another hairdresser until Shelley retires - and I hope that’s no time soon! Big love to the whole team.

Been going here for around 10 yrs or more. Always a really friendly, warm atmosphere and you ask for just a trim you don't lose half your hair! Fantastic colouring service too, been every colour of the rainbow thanks to Shelley (without ruining my hair) definitely recommend.

My hair is always cut fabulously, by Jo,I've been a client of hers for many years, Jo is always lively and chatty. Staff in Shelley's are friendly also.Deco ia always fresh and trendy.

I thoroughly recommend The Lounge. I started going there when my previous hairdresser closed and have received more compliments on my hair in the last three years than I did in all the ten plus years previously. Total strangers, in fashion conscious Tunbridge Wells have asked me where I get my hair done. On top of that the staff are friendly and having my hair done there is a great experience. Leon loves his job and it shows.

Had a nightmare with my curly hair couldn't really do much with it and then I met Leon and he did an amazing job, the place is stunning and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. Highly recommend.

The stylist was great we discussed my requirement to colour add highlights and a cut am really pleased thank you.

Another perfect hair day. Thank you, Lauren helped me pick the perfect blonde after not sure wat I wanted talked me thought everything that was done and technique she was using end results better than I pictured thank you. From orange to blonde perfect.

Love going to Lauren. So friendly, you are always made to feel welcome. I always come out of there very happy with my hair cut. I would recommend the salon to anyone.
