This is my second visit at this branch, once again I had a good haircut. As I have a waistline length hair, cutting the right length is very important as some of the hairdressers gets carried away cutting it really short. But Toni&Guy always get it right. The staff are friendly and professional.

Lovely vibes, beautiful salon. Great people. Saxon was lovely and listened to what I wanted done. She offered really good advice after looking at my hair and gave me some realistic suggestions- which I am so pleased I took. My hair looks and feels great.

I have very dark, thick, frizzy, untameable and knotty hair but Nikki has done a fab job over the years of doing balayage on it, or toning, blow drying and cutting it. She has without a doubt been able to fix any hair disaster I’ve found myself in – whether that be a bad job by another salon or just a bad hair day, and I know that she and her team will continue to do that for anyone else who visits her salon! The salon itself is so easy to get to what with it being near Eastbourne station (and this is coming from someone who hates to travel long and complicated journeys) and is super modern inside.

My daughter had balayage, cut and blow dry, the outcome was amazing! She was thrilled with her new hair. Nikki is very friendly and always delivers excellent service and takes considerable care over my daughters hair. Would highly recommend this salon!

So happy with my hair. Nikki made me feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I stepped in the salon. My first time at ILLICIT and I will definitely be returning. Nikki spent time getting the colour perfect and I’m super happy with the result!

Kiki did another excellent job of cutting my hair. She also applied a toner to enrich the colour before my next full colour appointment. She's friendly, professional and I always leave feeling happy. The salon has a very relaxed feel and everyone there makes me feel welcome. Thanks again.
