I’ve had a few years of having average haircuts at other salons, and after years of my friends recommending Utopia I thought I’d give it a try. Oh my god, I should have skipped the few years of average haircuts and visited Claire at Utopia years ago. Claire took time (way beyond my appointment time due to my stupidly thick hair!!) to really make it look & feel so so much better than it has in ages. She’s made me want to get up in the morning and enjoy doing my hair which I’d lost the feeling for. I’ve had many many comments on how well cut it is. It’s a pleasure to write this hoping that someone else will enjoy the company & results that Claire (and her team) provide. Thanks Claire, you’ve cheered a girl up hugely!!!

I had a complete restyle at Utopia a couple of days ago and I’m delighted with the result. Sadie listened to what I wanted, she put me totally at ease, was extremely knowledgeable, talked me through everything she was doing, and did a fantastic job. The whole team were friendly and welcoming and Robyn was really helpful too. Not having been to a hairdresser for years I’m so lucky to have struck gold with finding Utopia and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you. I’ll be back!

I normally have Laura (who is amazing! Shh don’t tell too many people) but I needed a last minute appointment and fortunately Sadie had a spare slot. She was fantastic at recommending colours for my tsection to change it up just a little bit for the summer season but still very natural. The result was brilliant - as I said at the time “that’s just how I imagined my hair looking when I came out the hairdressers!”. Thank you Sadie!

Last Fri was my first experience at Phoenix Hair and it didn't disappoint. From the minute I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and welcomed into a very pleasant and calming feeling salon. Lorna my stylist was friendly, professional and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I was there for a good few hours getting a keratin treatment on my hair and almost one week on, am so happy with the outcome and my haircut. I would definitely recommend and in fact have already booked in my next appointment!

Every time I visit Pheonix Hair, I leave feeling like a princess. Megan works wonders with my hair always keeping it in top condition, perfectly coloured and styled to my requirements even when I change things up part way through the appointment. The salon is relaxed and spotless, so friendly and welcoming too. Counting the days down to my next appointment already.
