The girls here are really nice and able to fit you in a busy schedule. I went last Friday for a blow dry cut and I had my hair done by Lucy. She is a graduate student who did a perfect job on my hair. Very pleased with the service and got a discount too!

This was my first time visiting the salon, and I am so pleased with my hair cut, amazing service. I get anxious in social settings, and I felt so very relaxed and at ease. I had Zoe cut my hair, she is fantastically sweet, very friendly and lovely. All the girls are great, very professional, made you feel very relaxed and welcomed and I have found my hairdresser! Thank you Zoe , love my hair.

Absolutely lovely experience, after having a baby and neglecting my hair colour for couple months it was time for a change but i find walking into a salon daunting, this was definitely not the case lively friendlt warm welcome. I wanted something alot easier to manage but still really modern. Josie was so lovely and very professional giving her opinion on what would be best for my hair, my hair colour and cut is amazing I'm so happy and have had amazing comments off friends and family. Visited for the first time today. Lovely cut and very friendly. Don't know the young lady's name who cut my hair but she was so friendly and chatty. Already booked my next appointment.

It's easy to give a 5***** review if all goes smoothly first time round. However i experience a problem with the underlay fitted in my hall . The manager Chris and salesman Mathew were great !swiftly and professionally no quibble sorted out the problem . so impressed....its a 5***** from me. The carpet fitters were excellent too . Thank you.

I found Lazarou by chance in the summer after searching online reviews and I’m so pleased I did! I’ve been twice now, and I love the way Hari cuts my hair. She also did my balayage and I can’t believe how natural it looks. The atmosphere in here is so friendly and welcoming. I live in Switzerland, but am from Cardiff and I save all my haircuts for whenever we’re back in Wales now and come here. So pleased to have found such a great hairdresser!

Excellent service as usual. Felt safe . The best hairdresser ever. Hari has always given me the best hair cut and although I have moved to Caerphilly I always come to her havd done for nearly 2 decades. Friendly staff especially Hari and Mario.
