Great communication from start to finish. Jim arrived on time Set-up with dust sheets laid to reduce any mess. Job was to block under stairs space to create new storage area. Reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised when I came back from work to find job completed to high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

I highly recommend Jim, who was friendly, punctual and communicative. He was clear on what was achievable and managed my expectations accordingly. We had a damp window board replaced and some shelves put up for our indoor cats to perch on. Thanks Jim, we will be sure to reach out for any future works we need doing. Samantha & Stuart.

We hired James to supply and fit a cupboard in our Hallway. Very pleased with the end product. James is polite and pays attention to detail, would highly recommend.

Many thanks for the excellent job. The new garden fence looks fantastic. Always good to see a local business offering competitive prices, turning up when expected, and completing the job to a high standards. Please pass on my thanks to your crew, who despite the very cold weather still managed to remain courteous and professional. I will be in contact when more jobs arise.

Friendly, professional service from Chris who sorted out an issue with my curtain pole brackets. Great to find a local company for odd jobs around the home at reasonable prices, and I'll definitely be using them in the future when required.

Louis arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently to complete lots of odd jobs for me round the house. He was also able to advise me about some bigger projects we need doing and is providing quotes for these.

I found Andrew to be polite, honest, flexible, hardworking and extremely diligent at what he does. He kept me constantly informed on the progress and any issues throughout via texts. We had hired him to install curtains and blinds for our windows and we are glad we did. Our bay window is very tricky as the tall windows go all the way up to the ceiling with no room to drill the curtain pole brackets on the wall the conventional way but Andrew still managed to install it with amazing results. Definitely hiring him again. Highly recommend AWS property services.

Andrew has done an excellent job on the variety of tasks that I could not complete myself and they have all been carried out to a really high standard. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again in the future.
