Really pleased with the service. Firstly, the appointment was made by a very friendly receptionist, she explained someone would be out the following day between 11-2 and would call before they arrived. The engineer did in fact call as promised to let me know he was 20 minutes away. He arrived on time and completed the job thoroughly, he was here for over an hour ensuring he had done all he could to resolve the issue with our drains. He found that it was a problem linked with our neighbours (concrete in the drains) and offered to go and speak with them on my behalf!!. He then returned and explained that Severn Trent would be out to fix their side and then offered advice in the mean time should it happen again. Adam was friendly, polite, helpful and professional and a credit to his employer

Top drainage company. Arrived on site the same day i called as another drainage company couldn't get to me for another week. Unblocked my drain, came back the next day and carried out further works. Very tidy and professional, well done

Came to me very late at night and although they were unable to clear the issue that night. Returned the next day and sorted the issue. What they said they were going to do they did and for that i was very happy.

Contacted Tom at Vision on a Saturday as the central heating was not working. By early afternoon not only had Tom responded, but had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Tom is also very personable and trustworthy. The price quoted was the price paid. Thoroughly recommend Tom and will be my first port of call when I next need a plumber.

Tom and John did an amazing job, replacing two boilers in adjacent houses in a single day. They arrived on time, were very friendly and polite, and left the houses clean and tidy once the work was finished. All for a very reasonable price too!

Luke was very professional, had a new boiler fitted which went at short notice. He managed to fit me in quickly at short notice - great service & would highly recommend
