MG Property Services is highly recommended by us. We’ve used Matt for a number of years and wouldn’t trust anyone else with simple home improvement jobs or help on larger projects like our rental portfolio. Matt is extremely proactive, trustworthy and importantly very skilled at his job. From high quality finish to paintwork, to wall repair and mounts, Matt is excellent. Importantly Matt also doesn’t work outside his skill set and advises on when professional help is needed for very specific jobs.

Matt was ponctual, respectful and professional. Asked him to install sliding wardrobe doors. He went above and beyond to achieve what I needed. He was excelent in all aspects of the job, from quoting to cleaning afterwards. Will definitely have him helping me again.

HANDYMAN STEVE REVIEWS

Steve has done a number of jobs in two properties I've owned. I've always been impressed with the quality that Steve brings to his work, getting the job done quickly and cleanly with great results. Steve is knowledgeable and explains things well to understand different options. Steve has done various jobs for us ranging from cutting down trees/bushes in the garden, putting up shelving and display cabinets, installing loft insulation, installing bathroom extraction and replacing pendant lights with spotlights. I will certainly book Steve again when I need to and would highly recommend him to others.

Steve and dad Colin are a fabulous team. Their work is professional and beautifully carried out. Steve listens to you and give back solid advice and ideas and the best value for your money. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone if you want a beautiful job done and a lovely clean home when finished. Being non smokers is a big bonus too.

Steve converted our ugly duckling of a kitchen into a swan: but like a duck, we were pleased with the small bill. Friendly chap, great professionalism. Whole heartedly recommend. Will see you soon.

Quick response from Steve, came next day, assessed the jobs I needed, suggested solution with reasonable price. Steve was polite, friendly and reliable. Job done and priced as promised (fitting two radiators and checking for source of damp on the wall and cleaning gutters) and he is booked for further work to be done. Very happy with the service. Definitely recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

I called Steve in the morning, and within an hour or two, he arrived at my property to sort out my wardrobe issue. Steve was polite, honest and knowledge. I would definitely use Steve again, highly recommended.
