Had a leak in my porch and living room after heavy rain. Asked Patrick from GUD builders to have a look as I thought it was the roof tiles. Patrick had a look and assured me it wasn't the roof but the lead flashing that needed re-sealing. Re-sealed for me and no more leaks. Find GUD builders to be very honest, reliable and trustworthy. Had them for previous jobs and wouldn't go anywhere else.

So very pleased with work carried out today to cement in space under my treadboard.. Patrick explained each stage and showed me as work was carried out.. Great care taken to ensure all neat and tidy.. Plus good advise given to me with regards to further work I was planning to undertake.. Highly recommend.

Had a condensing fan fitted in the loft due to condensation on windows...this cured the problem immediately ...having extra work done on my roof in the near future.

We used Warrington construction to build and project manage our single storey extension and dormer roof window. All projects were completed on time and to the agreed budget. The site was cleaned each night as we were still living in the house which was great. The works were completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with the end result. We would recommend and use Warrington construction again for future build projects.

I was very impressed with Alex's professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire project. His team was friendly, kept me up to date as the project moved forward, and always cleaned up the work place at the end of the day. They finished on time and within budget, and the final results are fantastic. I would highly recommend Alex and the team to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy construction work.

Always use Rob & the team for all my house projects.... reliable friendly guys who do an excellent job.....I have recommended to friends.

Nyland construction recently fitted a skylight for us. Cliff came to quote and we received this quickly and took him up on the work. Cliff turned up on the arrange day and time to carry out the work needed to install a skylight. It was such a pleasure to meet him. He was very punctual, polite and friendly, he carried out the work to an excellent standard nothing can be faulted. He kept the area clean and tidy at the end of each day and made sure I knew what stage the work was at and what was happening. The finish to the work is brilliant. We will definitely use Nyland construction again.

Used Cliff on several large projects and he is a very reliable, honest & experienced builder. Excellent quality of finish and project always delivered on time. Would definitely recommend and will use again ourselves.

Dominic was a great guy and did great work,did a great job on my metal roof,so much so that I'm having him back to do more work.
