Outstanding - 5 Stars Bluebird Care are truly OUTSTANDING!! Having lost my mother over 4 years ago, my father is now living alone and would not be able to have remained in his home had it not been for the fantastic team of carers Bluebird provides for him. They provide daily evening visits to prepare a home cooked, nutritious, well balanced meal for him. They prepare a lunch for the following day which they leave in the fridge. They do his weekly shopping - Come to the house, check what is needed pre shopping. The daily carers have a notebook which they write shopping requirements in on a daily basis so that come shopping day the carer has a complete list of all requirements. Incredibly organised! They take him to his weekly lunch club and collect him as this is the only outing he has during the week. They take him to his dental appts and any other appts he may have. They are 100% professional, kind and reliable. They go above and beyond to fulfil any requests we may have. We have NEVER been let down once in over 4 years! We would be totally lost without them. We are incredibly grateful to them all.

Thank you will never be enough ! - 5 Stars Bluebird Care Mid-Essex...what can I say except exceptional. Everything has been first class from the once a day visits right up to full live in care. The team enabled my Auntie to fulfill her wish to spend her life in the home she loved. I could not ask for more and living so far away knowing that such a professional and caring service was there every day to look after my Aunt was so comforting. Special thanks must go to Angela, who my Aunt referred to as "Angela my Angel" Not only did my Aunt have care but I felt cared for too, thank you will never be enough.

It was necessary to find a company that could arrange the care for my sister as live in patient. This will allow my sister the added care and security in her own home. My daughter and wife were very impressed when they met Hadiya during a recent afternoon meeting during her time caring for my sister. Her written profile matches our hopes after spending the afternoon with her. My sister is in her second month under the care of Independent People Home-Care. My family recognise the care team will be faced with difficult times caring for my sister. My sister is 96 years old and sadly is in her 5th year of dementia. My family were very relieved spending the extra time talking to the management, this greatly helped our decision in choosing the right company for my sisters daily care.

Couldn't recommend independent people home care enough. They went above and beyond when we found ourselves in a very difficult situation not long ago. Within a few hours they had managed to source and send.

I highly recommend Independent People. We have worked with a number of home care providers in looking after my elderly parents and we were very careful in our selection of the provider for live in care.

We have received an excellent service from My Homecare Chelmsford. Mum has been visited by great, kind and compassionate carers who have done more than required to help meet her needs. The management has also been brilliant, quick to respond and adapt the care as Mum's needs have changed.

Two lovely ladies take it in turns to come once a week to wash and cream my legs. They do the job well and are very helpful. They don't rush the job. We have a lovely chat. Very happy with the way things are.
