I needed a temporary short-term care package for my husband who has Alzheimer's and Home Instead provided exactly what I wanted. It was a pleasant surprise to discover that the carer was someone we already knew and this helped considerably. My husband was very pleased with the level of care and help he received.

I attended an event held at the Stirling Home Instead office along side disability darts Scotland, The staff where all friendly and helpful and full of laughs the office seems a great place to be also the carers that attend where the friendliest people, would definitely be my go to care place if it’s ever needed. Keep up the good work you are all amazing.

I have been touched and impressed by the incredible standards of care and honest attention to detail. The carers at Home Instead are superb, going above and beyond the every day to make sure my mum has the best care and support. She has made good friends with many of her carers, who give her the utmost support. They are very special and kind people. It is always reassuring to know my mum has such a great support network helping her in every way and also helping with her cat.

I thought everyone at the home was first-class, always working with a smile on their faces. They looked after my dad very well and I would highly recommend Wallside Grange Care Centre to anyone. When I speak to the staff, they are always positive but honest. The facilities are bright and comfortable and there are several age-appropriate activities and residents are encouraged to take part in. The staff are all wonderful and very caring for the residents, making them all feel safe and comfortable. My dad has a lovely garden room and the facilities are all excellent. Wallside Grange is quite honestly in a class of its own, in comparison to others I've experienced and I would highly recommend it.

My husband was in Wallside Grange for three years and sadly died on July 30th. The car and loving kindness given by all the staff was excellent. Our family could not have wished for any more care than was given to him. The staff were very kind to all visitors and we were treated with dignity in the weeks before he died. Thanks to all the staff at Wallside Grange.

My aunty stayed for respite, I honestly am so happy with the care and friendships we develop. It was a short break for us but a worrying time, the nursing team reassured us and kept in touch. We definitely will be back.

We have found her to be just what we needed - very reliable, attentive and responds well to whatever is needed. She keeps us fully informed and has provided flexible holiday cover too, with some nice extra ’touches’.

I can highly recommend Nightingale home help my dad really looks forwards to his visits and Helen is such a thoughtful and kind carer who goes out of her way to help. Thank you Helen

I contacted Helen after I had been let down by the agency. What a difference Helen has made. Always arrives on time and will do anything to help. She helps me with changing my bed and some cleaning. We go to Marks and Spencer’s for a look round and as a treat she washes and sets my hair! Highly recommended.
