Fantastic team. We tried a lot of different companies prior to Walker & Harrison Care, each one unsuccessful. We have used them for my parents for over a year which is the longest we have ever been with anyone else. My parents are now happy, safe but most importantly together at home. SNE has worked to provide our Dad with a core team of carers who are absolutely lovely. They are so friendly and stay in touch if they feel that anything is amiss.. The carers are very diligent in their provision of care.

Caring and professional staff always on time and reliable. Staff are experienced and knowledgeable they are respectful towards the whole family and deliver an amazing service. They go above and beyond what has been asked of them.

My daughter has been with SNE Care service, I'm a one parent as well as a full time working mother . I cannot fault neither the company nor their staff. Mr Mao Director is very helpful always. All the staffs who have been involved in my daughter’s care are brilliant. Company always respected my wishes , and the carers are very caring.

we have used Goodwill as a stop gap in our staffing, they continue to strive to meet the clients needs with their staff member. all the staff who have supported us are professional and combine into our team unit. The directors are at the front of this agency and speaking with them is easy unlike other agencies out there where its only ever staff who answer the phone with Goodwill you will often speak with the Directors and not even realise its them. They are fantastic at covering at very very short notice.
