Home Instead Guildford provide daily care to my elderly father, but on the occasion of our daughter’s wedding one of their careers, Taff, accompanied him for virtually the whole day so that he could attend the ceremony and the reception. What a delightful, personable and charming man Taff is, who obviously has a strong bond with his clients (and in Dad’s case with someone probably four times his age) and what a privilege to have the support of such a caring and professional individual to make life easier and more enjoyable for my father.

Home Instead have provided personal and respite care to my parents for 8 months - they've always been professional, polite, helpful and friendly. The carers never rush and nothing is too much trouble. Communication with the office is great - they're always on hand to deal with any queries. I'd happily recommend them.

Delighted with the people we have worked with at Home Instead Guildford, always caring and professional. I cannot recommend enough their services and support that they provide is amazing.

Absolutely outstanding. We had a disastrous experience with another provider and SHS rapidly responded to our urgent need and have been wonderfully looking after my elderly parents ever since. They are extremely helpful and flexible, and every one of their carers is really kind as well as totally reliable. I've got to know Tim, who runs the Surrey and Kent franchise, a little and he is so impressive. Really dedicated to making a difference to his clients, he repeatedly goes out of his way to help in lots of small ways as well as delivering a first rate service overall. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had a disastrous experience with a live-in carer who had to go. This left us with no one to help and I had just come out of hospital after major surgery. Seniors swung into action and gave us the help we needed. We have had help from a number of their carers, all of whom were kind, immensely helpful and a pleasure to have here. The management have been unfailingly helpful, kind and efficient. We are extremely grateful to them and recommend them strongly. Barbara Britten.

Sylvian Care of Woking have provided care for my partner since she returned home from hospital following a stroke. They have been very reliable and also flexible enough to fit in with our changing requirements. In addition, while she was in hospital, they provided useful advice prior to her return home. We would definitely recommend them.

Sylvian Care have been looking after my Mum for the past year. They have been professional, kind, compassionate and above all caring. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for care for an elderly relative.
