Everything was good and smooth. Personnel Ms.Karen at the front office helped us with the check-in and it was the smoothest check-in we ever had in life. We felt it very welcoming and felt like being received at a friend's place with so much of warmth. 5-stars to Ms.Karen. Everything was good about the hotel.

Well after a long day of work or whatever you do for a living. You can make sure once you have booked your room here you will be able to relax back and have that lovely shower and then if you feel like it go downstairs and eat at the restaurant. All for a good price too. Enjoy

Reasonable hotel, easy to access from the M25. Rooms are tidy, fairly quiet but I could still hear other rooms walking about/putting things away during the night. Hotel was very good this aside, would consider going again.

Stayed here for my Partner’s 30th as we had visited the Hangloose Adventures nearby and this was the perfect distance from there. The team went above & beyond when I asked if we could add a few decorations ready in the room. Even wished him a happy birthday on arrival! Big shout out to the housekeeping team for setting this up and to Caitlin on the front desk that liaised with me on the day to ensure we had some special added extras after our arrival! Room was lovely and immaculate, everyone really friendly. Thank you so much! :)

I recently had my first stay at the DoubleTree Hilton in Dartford, and I cannot express enough how much the experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by Victoria at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Victoria greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly welcome. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

Great location, right next to the track. Amazing friendly staff that will go out of their way to ensure you are happy and have everything you need. Mattresses need to be updated, though, as the one we had in room 282 was uncomfortable. Not what you'd expect from a 4 star establishment. Should at least have a memory foam topper.

Amazing value when booking in advance, particularly for a weekday overnight stay. Spar is very pleasant and rooms are clean and comfortable. Located immediately adjacent to Brands Hatch track making access a doddle. Service at bar and restaurant was terrific and racing themed bar with pool table enjoyable.

Nice hotel, plenty of parking even for a large van. The room is large and clean. Restaurant sports bar is good value for money. Would recommend. Downside is paid parking, £10 per night.
