LEONARDO HOTEL LONDON WATFORD REVIEWS

Very friendly service, a special shoutout to Belle in the restaurant and bar - such a fabulous asset to the hotel. Really clean rooms, comfortable bed, very nice and accommodating staff throughout. Really beautiful aroma of fresh cotton when you enter the foyer - so fresh and welcoming. Breakfast is extremely good, very delicious. We ate at the restaurant each evening as it was so handy and the menu was varied. We had a few issues one evening with food not being right but it was sorted by the very capable and unflappable Belle. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, especially if visiting the Warner Bros Studios Harry Potter tour located nearby. The hotel is just a short walk from the shuttle bus pickup point at Watford Junction. Looking forward to staying here again sometime in the future.

Just in from spending four nights there. I'm an 82 year old lady who was staying on her own. I loved everything about it, the room was so clean and the location was brilliant and I could get into town so quickly. Breakfast was superb and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to thank Mathew and Fiona, they were both so kind, especially Fiona.

Stayed one night. A gem in a rather dull environment. As with all Leonardo’s - good wifi, comfortable rooms, 24 hour hot water, good food and service in restaurant (I had breakfast). All in all would recommend!

Great location for a wedding celebration. I had the privilege to decorate the Hilton London Watford for a wedding. Staff were friendly and ever so helpful. My business Pamper Me Lush Events will be recommending the venue as a professional event planners to couple looking to get married.

Very beautiful hotel! The staff are very very helpful and friendly. If we needed any assistance the receptionist and the other staff as well helped us out very happily. We had breakfast for 2 days and there is a variety of food, from a Croissant to cornflakes. Absolutely loved the place!

We had an overnight stay due to a vehicle breakdown and awaiting repair. The service on reception was great, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the bar staff were fabulous. Especially Ben and Joe, two brothers who were lovely all night.

HOLIDAY INN LONDON WATFORD JUNCTION REVIEWS

My sister and I have just spent 4 nights here and we have been really impressed with our stay. The location is brilliant with Watford Junction and the Harry Potter shuttle bus being located at the end of the road. Deep on reception checked us in and assisted us a few times with different queries. He was really helpful and polite. We used room service twice during our stay and the staff were always prompt and friendly. We also ate and drank in the bar on several occasions and we were particularly impressed with Irene (I hope this is how it is spelt!) as she was so friendly and attentive, really going above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. The room was clean and air conditioned which we appreciated a great deal. The bath plug was broken but upon speaking to reception we were immediately offered another room. The pillows are also quite hard. Overall, very much recommend this Holiday Inn!

I had an exceptional stay at the Holiday Inn in Watford Junction. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it perfect for business or leisure. My room was clean, comfortable, and wonderfully equipped, featuring a great shower and all the amenities ! needed. A highlight was the breakfast service provided by Afsan. She was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring our morning started off wonderfully. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the dining area was inviting. Overall, thanks to the excellent staff, my experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Lovely hotel, clean, warm, great atmosphere, wonderful staff, and nothing was too much for them. Reasonably priced , beautiful breakfast , we will definitely be returning. Thank you.
