NOVOTEL WOLVERHAMPTON REVIEWS

We had an excellent stay we were a private party , they couldn't have been better. The dinner was fabulous, the room large, bed v v comfortable, a fridge in the room , brilliant . Check out at 12 , unheard of , so very leisurely morning . A full comprehensive breakfast, so much choice brilliant . The staff , fantastic . Definitely recommended for a stay.

Hotel room was nice and clean, I upgraded to executive room, just to see what you get, I'm pleased I did. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was fully stocked at all times. Room nice and quiet, well located near train station. Overall I was very impressed.

Wow the staff we had for our stay were outstanding! They were so kind and patient with us and our dance troop , giving them free ice lollies and just being the kindest people ! Thank you so much for having us and we felt so looked after.

PARK HALL HOTEL & SPA REVIEWS

This hotel is very well kept and has plenty of facilities available. The rooms are spacious and has air conditioning. The staff are very welcoming. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet style with ample choice. The spa and pool is first class very nice. I highly recommend this hotel especially as it has two very nice bars and function area. Large carpark, ensure you register your car inside at reception.

Attended a Halloween event here which included pumpkin carving and a meal. Was not disappointed. The building itself is very clean and tidy with plenty of character and features. Staff were pleasant and friendly and the meal was delicious. Very impressed and the kids had a great time. Look forward to returning for some other events.

Visited for a get away. Lovely room. Breakfast good choices. Had dinner one night. Steak and chips, superb. Leisure centre was very enjoyable. Made the most of the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Make sure your car is logged in as received a ticket, phoned hotel and they sorted it out.

Very impressed with this place. Beautiful building and gardens, lots of space to sit and enjoy a drink. The room was a good size. Can not fault the service, especially from Damian the bar manager. He could not do enough for us, really made us feel welcome and it felt like we had known him for years. Damian went above and beyond and he showed he just loved his job! Great stuff, if we find ourselves in Wolverhampton again, we will definitely re-book.

We celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary at the Mount Hotel in August with an evening dinner for our friends and family. We had a most memorable evening and a beautiful meal. From the planning to the meal itself, Sabrina, Gemma and the events team were brilliant. The service was faultless. Thank you for a lovely occasion.

My best friend and her husband plus myself visited yesterday for Afternoon tea. It was wonderful. The service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend the experience to anyone. Many thanks.
