A tidy, no-nonsense stay-over hotel in a good location at a reasonable price. Everything was perfectly adequate without any bells and whistles. The members of staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Five stars for doing what it should, well and not because it's a glorious luxury experience.

This place is great, had a refresh recently which is great, but it's dog friendly, very comfortable, and includes the express breakfast, a slimmed down version of the buffet, but, not all that slimmed down, there's still a huge amount of food. Good choice for dog owners.

Rooms are lovely, clean, lots of space tv kettle ect iron and board has bathroom soap ect staff friendly and helpful breakfast and a bar by door there is a microwave tea and coffee and a vending machine with food and drink.

PREMIER INN WORCESTER CITY CENTRE HOTEL REVIEWS

We, two adults, stay in a lot of Premier Inn's around the country every year. Most are good, a few are bad, but mostly they all have advantages and disadvantages. Not always to do with the PI, could just be something like location. However I can honestly say that this one gets 10/10 in all categories. The location was perfect - alongside the river, walk over the bridge and your in the best bit of Worcester with its magnificent Cathedral and overall history. the Pl had its own well stocked bar which literally overlooked the cricket ground. Food was very good - breakfast and evening. Every single member of staff we encountered was professional, friendly and hard working. The best PI we have stayed in.

We come to Worcester often for business and this hotel is our favourite for overnight stay. For us is best booked outside the cricket season when tends to be quieter but we love the vuew over the cricket grounds from their restaurant. This time the grounds were flooded.. and still looked beautiful! The rooms are spotless, staff is always friendly and location is handy for town centre. There is a handy public car park too.

Premier Inn great value and good location as usual. Make sure there are no cricket matches (unless you are going to watch of course), as the room price neary doubles on a Sunday and you are not permitted to park in the public car park outside the hotel.

Highly recommend, from front desk staff to the restaurant staff and the housekeepers in between ..nothing is too much trouble and staff were extremely helpful and cheery! Would definitely book in again with our family of 4 kids, grown ups and grandparents.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa facilities are small but very nice. Had a massage by Sam who was really good. Spa staff excellent. Food was delicious, restaurant and bar staff were very nice.

Lovely hotel, just stayed one night. Super comfortable bed and room. Well equipped with ironing board and iron, hairdryer, toiletries. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
