I decided to get in touch with Rebecca following her success with helping my brother. I’m so glad I made that first appointment and only wish I had got in touch sooner! As one of her most recent successes, I’ve finished treatment with her and feel like me again. Whilst I’ve suffered with poor mental health (anxiety and depression) for a number of years, I was recently faced with a specific anxiety involving a fear of swallowing. I was unable to eat out with friends, and even started struggling eating at family and friends’ homes due to the fear of being unable to swallow food and having panic attacks. In just a few sessions, I’m now able to go out and enjoy life again and more importantly, I don’t even think about having the issue or anxiety anymore. Rebecca has also had a positive impact on my general mood and wellbeing, and I feel more excited about life since having my sessions with her. Rebecca is highly skilled in what she does, she makes you feel at ease in her company and her professionalism, warmth and caring nature exudes. I'm posting this review almost a year on from working with Rebecca. Over a period of 4-5 months, Rebecca was instrumental in enabling me to manage my anxiety. Rebecca gave me the tools needed to recover and I'm sure these will come in handy at points in the future too. Since working with Rebecca, I've gone on to change one of the main situations that was contributing to my anxiety and I've also set up my own business. There's no quick fix - it has taken a long time for me to feel much better but I couldn't have done that and made the key decisions that I did without Rebecca's support. Thank you.

Well where do I start, been a bad sleeper all my working life, shifts nights. Last couple of years got worse Wake up 5 times a night after 5 different dreams very tired all the time. Went to the doctor's can't help was sent to sleep clinic, on machine all night to be told you don't have a problem we can help you with. As a last try found Rebecca, after first consultation it seemed that she could help, was I right. After many meetings things where getting better I couldn't believe it worked. She found where my problem was ( work related) and slowly turned my subconscious around to better thinking. As from my last meeting I now sleep good all night, only dream now and again but I don't wake up. At a time where I was completely lost, I was actively looking for help. I reasearched carefullybefore embarking what I thought might be a painful journey for me. I met Morpheous for an intial assessment, firstly I felt comfortable because of his honesty, compassion and care. His honesty resonate with me and we embarked on the journey I dreaded. During the work we completed, Morpheous has been supportive, a good listener, advised ,e accordingly and delivered accordingly. I am very grateful for the professionalism and help Morpheous has facilitated and thankfully I have attained clarity in my journey of acceptance. Practicing acceptance and self care/loving I find this hard, Morpheous has shared some tools which has been helpful. I highly recommend Morpheous, most importantly his honesty will guide individual to the appropriate channel for help and support.

What an amazing experience, I felt really at ease with morpheous. I've just finished my sessions with Amanda, for weight loss. Although I'm experienced in having hypnosis, I initially had my doubts whether it could help in losing weight. Surprise, surprise! It's worked. Already lost 9 lbs. in 4 weeks..!

I went to Amanda for hypnotherapy as I was petrified of snakes, it was so severe that I couldn’t even read my children’s books without having a meltdown, I was even getting scared to walk through fields In case I came across one, I would have big panic attacks and it was affecting my life by my two girls going down the same way I was and would show signs of panicking when they saw snakes. Until I went to Amanda who was amazing, I can now watch snakes on tv, read them in books and I’ve even been and looked at them in zoo’s, if it wasn’t for Amanda there is no way I could do any of these things. Thank you Amanda.

Fantastic! I left me treatment feeling enthusiastic and refreshed. It was Incredibly helpful in finding my problems and giving me the support I needed to make changes. A Lovely atmosphere and Mandy is lovely, understanding and very easy to talk to. Highly recommended.
