After a lot of research I decided to do my hypnotherapy training with the HSOH and attended the part time diploma course with Lorraine between September 2023 and January 2024. The training was delivered as theory in the morning and practical in the afternoon. To watch Lorraine at work is truly inspiring and makes you realise the importance of having a course and qualification that includes the practical element as this gives you the confidence and hands on experience which is vital in becoming a good hypnotherapist. Lorraine is a great teacher and has a wonderful vibrant personality, a huge amount of experience and success, which only enhances the training programme. Since achieving my diploma with the HSOH I have attended 2 x CPD courses (Parts Therapy and Hypno Gastric Band) with the HSOH and wouldn't go anywhere else for training and ongoing support.

Just taken my latest course with Lorraine the 3rd one. "Parts therapy". It was amazing learning this new skill. It built upon the IMR course that was also outstanding. I have done two courses with Lorraine, and they have both been excellent. Lorraine is a very knowledgeable lady who adapts things to her own style, which is good. I have done the Hypno-Gastric Band as well as IMR with regression. Both these courses complement each other, and I recommend doing both.

My experience of hypnotherapy with sue, for supporting weight management and in reducing my anxiety, is something that I will forever be grateful for. I saw Sue for 12 consecutive weeks. During that time I left my corporate job, launched my own business and began to get rid of the fat that I have struggled with my whole adult life. Before I found OLIP Therapy I had tried other talking therapies that didn't help me deal with what I had been through. I needed tools to help me deal with trauma and gain control of myself again. When I first met Sue I instantly felt that I could open up to her sharing events I had not shared with others and this was on the first session. She has provided me with small changes that have huge impacts on moving forward positively. The environment is calming and it is a safe and confidential space to be able to talk freely. Appointments are worked around you with 7 days a week and evening appointments available. If you are feeling nervous about therapy then I would highly recommend this company it's been a positive experience and they are very understanding.

First of all, since coming to these therapy sessions I feel so much happier within myself. I want to thank Sue for all her brilliant support and help to gain my self confidence and happiness back to how it used to be. I never knew therapy could be this helpful.
