CLARENDON DENTAL REVIEWS

Excellent customer service . Very friendly medical and reception staff. They also are not putting any pressure but simply explain solutions to a problem that you arrived with, and you have no obligation to take any of the offers on which is good. Chic interior design of the waiting room and colorful uniforms worn by the staff. Medical rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Hand hygiene followed and appropriately used so overall marvellous service! I hope I won't have to go back, but if I do, I'm definitely using this practice again.

Such a lovely dentist and hygienist, although it's a bit more expensive, you definitely see the value. They're amazing at not making you feel embarrassed, self conscious and are completely understanding. They offer pain management if you're nervous and are extremely friendly. Reception staff are great too, they give you options to pay up front before your appointment or on the day, easy booking process and reliable. Highly recommend for anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist!

I am very happy with the service, as its not easy to get a dental appointment these days without waiting for weeks, this practice got me in for some emergency treatment. The staff were pleasant, and helpful. I had to have an extraction, which was fairly painless. Many thanks for your help.

Daughter had braces removed today after almost 3 years treatment, four teeth extracted by own dentist then blocks then braces at Southsea Orthodontics. She was very brave and the team at Southsea were all super nice, very professional and ultimately did a great job. See before and after pics and notice side profile of chin before and after. Have a very happy young lady. She had been quite self conscious about her teeth previously… The building is very pleasing on the eye as well.

My daughter has been coming for the last 6 months. She had just turned 10 when she first came in and had her braces put on. She was very nervous but the staff made her feel comfortable and explained everything to her and put her at ease. The staff are very friendly and polite.

My son had his braces fitted today and I want to thank the whole team for the service provided today, very professional, the therapist and nurse who treated him worked so well together to make it a really calm and positive experience, lots of good advice and after care given, thank you all.

Very professional dental practice with knowledgeable and experienced staff!! My husband and I have been going here for some time and everyone is really very helpful. Earlier in the year Terri had very kindly provided us with extra paperwork that our insurance company needed. I also got great advice from Mo about how my teeth would look after straightening with Invisalign. He scanned my teeth and showed the before and after images then and there which was very compelling and informative. Sophie takes great care in the hygiene appointments and my teeth and gums have overall improved since my first visit to Lighthouse dental practice. Highly recommend!!

Came here for the first time today great experience from the time I walked through the door. Was greeted by two friendly receptionist’s Andrea and Denise, they made my day always pleasant to see people enjoying there day at work. Friendly welcome before being taken up for my treatment. Dentist and assistant was friendly and not once did I feel like my appointment was rushed. After my treatment the receptionist’s went the extra mile by explaining to be the monthly payment scheme I could take up with them. Would 100% recommend if your looking for a dentist.

What a brilliant Dental practice from start to finish.I'm really scared of dentist and Denise the receptionist put me at ease when making my appointment. Eddie the Dentist and his wonderful assistant were both professional,caring, and lovely. I've made a 2nd appointment and will be gladly going back. Keep up the good work, you Rock!
