I’m am truly grateful for my experience at the arc. I can honestly say it is a life changing experience. They encourage engagement, independence and self respect. This helped me to gradually change my approach to my addiction journey. The arc employees help you to achieve a better sense of direction in life and encourage goal setting and noticing of your own progress. The houses you stay in during your time here are excellent and give you freedom to enjoy life and outside meetings in the local community. I encourage anyone who is going through the disease of addiction to attend and engage with these highly skilled people. I can’t praise this program enough. My outlook for the future is completely different. I continue to engage with the program principles today and each day, one day at a time.

I highly recommend the Arc Treatment Centre. I was here for 4 months of hardwork and learning and a lot of fun in between. Their treatment methods are unorthodox and unique but highly effective. I have experienced other treatment both in this country and abroad and can unequivocally say that the treatment I received at the Arc was the most effective and the most insightful . I have gained self esteem and self awareness on a level that I would not have thought possible. I am now 10 months clean and loving life in recovery, I have relocated to Portsmouth and still pop into the Arc for aftercare and know that I will always have the support of my Arc family.

I would highly recommend ARC to anyone who is suffering with addiction and looking to get into recovery. The staff are fantastic and genuinely care about helping. The modules and facilitation are top class and delivered with great care. You only get back what you put in, and there's a lot to get out of it. I did 4 weeks and wish I could have stayed for longer. ARC has given me my best foot to put forward and make a meaningful life for myself, I can't thank them enough. (Now 14 months clean and going from strength to strength).

Sarah Bamford is by far the most pleasant, most helpful, and most experienced medical professional we have had the pleasure of dealing with she has got my daughter from being completely immobile and severely saddened by her situation to a fun loving 17 year old again loving life with her quirky ways of using explanations to explain things to kids/teens so they can fully understand is second to none ...she's amazing 10/10
