Take that first step.... I can't recommend Barbara highly enough! She works to fully understand the needs and goals of her clients, meeting them with empathy and compassion. Barbara's flexible and dynamic approach means that there is a collaborative feel to the sessions. This is not something that is "done to you", but with you. This is the second time I’ve worked with Andy, the first being 11 years ago, and once again I’m incredibly grateful. I came to him not really knowing where to start. Everything in my head felt tangled and overwhelming, and I couldn’t see a way through it. Andy has a calm, no-nonsense approach that I really value. He helped me untangle my thoughts and see things in a much simpler, clearer way — in a way I could actually understand without feeling swamped by it all. Over the last six weeks, I’ve felt completely safe and comfortable to express how I truly feel. That safe space has meant more to me than I can put into words. Thank you, Andy — and your beautiful dog Summer — for your patience, your support, and for helping me move forward. I will be forever grateful.

Relationship Counselling - I am so glad we chose Andy as our counsellor & only wished we had found him sooner. At our initial session we couldn’t have been further apart but due to Andy being so down to earth & relatable he helped us feel comfortable to open up and be open about the difficulties we were facing in our relationship. He provided a safe space for us to talk through our challenges and through his counselling sessions enabled us to see one another’s perspective as well as help us work on our communication with one another.
