I was diagnosed with severe OCD 12 years ago and I wish I saw Karen sooner. I could not recommend Karen enough. I was in a pretty dark place post partum suffering with intrusive thoughts and OCD. I believed I was coping, but coping is not living. Karen calmed my mind and gave me the tools that I needed in order to take back control of my own mind & life. Tools that I can use everyday to help gain back that control. If I need a refresher I can also listen back to our 6 recorded hypnosis sessions which I have found very helpful. Karen is amazing, she has changed our life. From having a very anxious little girl when not with me her mum to after several weeks with Karen our daughter now tells me she’s going for a sleep over at her nans and goes into school saying see you at the end of the day mummy. I went to Andrew as I wanted desperately to stop smoking. I have MS, and for 20+ years I had been a smoker. I tried on my own and was able to remove the daytime smoking years ago but not my evening/night-time smoke which I used as a tool for unwinding and sleeping. I saw Andrew for hypnotherapy to help me overcome anxiety in the water after nearly drowning. I am a keen outdoor swimmer and it was really holding me back. I was scared of leaving the safety of the shore and could only swim close to land, constantly worrying I would have a panic attack. After just one session, I swam a complete lap of a lake and completed a one mile swim in the river Thames.
