My husband was turned away at another local branch of Specsavers earlier in the year when he had an emergency. We travelled to the Chatham Branch & were seen by a professional optician straight away who recognised how serious the condition was & sent him to Moorfields the same day. Every time he has visited the branch from the start of treatment to current time he has been treated with courtesy & efficiency from all the team but Karishma Patel literally saved his sight that first day he saw her. Thank you.

The technician that served me really new her job, I asked for the lenses to have less of a curvatature at the edges and the reading area of the varifocles to be less height to enable more of the further distance and she got it spot on, well done.

The service which I got from Spec savers was very helpful, quick, informative and was given to me with a lot of respect. I felt very welcome and important from the way the team who attended me conducted themselves.

I have been going to Spec Savvy since shortly after they opened and wrote an initial very positive review then. Since then I have been delighted with the service provided by Jat, Shilpa and all their staff, but yesterday had a real concern about my vision and popped in to ask for some advice, without having an appointment. They were wonderful and took time to do a quick test and to reassure me. Their friendliness and kindness, as well as their professionalism is wonderful and I am extremely grateful and thankful. I'd give them more stars if I could! Thank you all.

Spec Savvy is a brilliant opticians! You can see the team work as one and do so with such a personal touch. I’ve tried several opticians over the years, chains and independents and this one is the best for sure. Personal, friendly, professional and highly competitive prices. Cannot fault vision express on my most recent visit. 5 star treatment and everything carefully explained regarding my contact lense trial. On previous visits any queries or problems have always been well resolved and I would highly recommend them. Think I have been using them for 7 years or more for all my glasses, sun glasses and contact lense needs.

I was treated extremely well made to feel comfortable by the optician and the girl that helped me with choosing glasses , I am a bluelight card holder so I was really pleased to receive a very good discount , great experience.

The staff were excellent, very professional, friendly and helpful. My eye test was very thorough and the advice given very good. A great range of glasses, withlots of options. I would recommend Vision Express Gillingham 100% to anyone.
