3 Best Hypnotherapy in Sefton, UK

After years of flying to and from the USA with no problems, I suddenly developed a fear of flying as on my trip back last year I had a horrible flight back as I took ill with a suspected heart attack. Thankfully it wasn't a heart attack but It was very scary and not something I ever wish to repeat. I started to get very panicky at the thought of getting on a plane and with a long haul flight booked and coming round fast I decided I had to do something about it. I had just 4 sessions with Margaret and I felt so much better about my upcoming flight and I am happy to say I flew to Florida and back without any issues. I was very calm and relaxed before, during and after the flight. I can highly recommend Margaret. If you are on the shelf about trying hypnotherapy don't be. It's amazing, it works and Margaret is the lady to help you! I also have suffered with a severe phobia of frogs for 38 years and it has really effected my life. Margaret treated me for this too and although I haven't as yet seen a frog, I have stopped looking for them everywhere I go and feel much more calm and relaxed about frogs being out there. Even my husband commented on how different I was in Florida, which is basically swamp land and full of them, as I am usually on high alert and refuse to go to some places incase I see a frog. It's irrational fear and you can be free from it. Margaret can and will help you and her chair is the most comfiest one you will ever sit in!

Cannot thank Margaret enough. Suffered with anxiety for about 15 - 20 years. After three sessions I feel I can control my feelings/ thoughts and I am so much happier. Would definitely recommend Margaret as she is very professional but compassionate at the same time. If you are looking at finding a hypnotherapist I would suggest trying here as I would not go anywhere else.

I was nervous about doing another therapy as I had a previous bad experience with another service but I would 100% recommend this to anyone suffering with IBS, anxiety or depression! Margaret has helped me change my life around for the better and I can't thank her enough! If you are thinking about trying hypnotherapy, definitely give it a go, Margaret is so lovely and completely puts you at ease, I was very nervous to even go to a session but ended up looking forward to it as I felt so relaxed! I feel so much more positive now and it has helped so much, it's like a huge weight being lifted of your shoulders! Will be recommending Margaret and hypnotherapy for years to come!

Wow what a woman! Cathy is truly amazing! I am still ongoing with sessions with Cathy I think I have had around 5 or 6 now surrounding anxiety but every week I can come to her with something different to work on such as motivation, depression and patience and every week I notice a difference in all of them and my behaviour.
