Walked in this morning looking to buy a screwdriver to fix my reading glasses. Receptionist said they do not sell screwdrivers but let’s have a look and maybe they can help me with the issue. It was promptly sorted and without a fee. Their helpfulness is much appreciated.

First experience of Specsavers and very pleased that I did use them for my new glasses. All the staff gave excellent service and were friendly and informative. Really pleased with my new glasses and would recommend this branch.

I had an eye problem and they examined it and problem sorted. I didn't realise you could just walk in for eye related problems. Staff super helpful.

I recently used Bootle eye care for the first time, I can not recommend them enough. From my initial walk in to register, to appointments, and phone calls they were friendly, and efficient. When it came time to pick out new glasses, the staff were extremely helpful. They made sure I was comfortable with the new frames, making suggestions and offering honest helpful opinions. Even when picking them up, they went over and beyond checking every detail to make sure I was completely happy. I will definitely be a return customer

A great experience for something I usually dread! Two new pairs of glasses at a great price. Really friendly knowledgeable staff. Will be using them again in the future

Fitted my daughter in at short notice for a consultation. Matt the optician was fantastic, did a very thorough eye check. He advised her eyesight was fine but had weak muscles behind her eyes which was causing the double vision. Has written to Gp to ask for referral to hospital to rule out any underlying conditions. Came back to today to collect her glasses, very happy!
