Our party of four had one of the best meals ever last night the food was full of flavours and the service was impeccable. I would highly rate this restaurant and haven’t found the same food quality and flavours for some years. The service was excellent and the staff were so pleasant and couldn’t do enough for you. It was such a memorable evening thank you to the owner and all the staff regards John Sue Mick and Kim.

I give this restaurant a 5 star review because the service is very good, the staff are very understanding towards children in the restaurant and the food is simply overwhelming. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. The waiters knew their food and advised us on the different dishes that are available. They are very polite and welcoming. I will definitely return. Thankyou for a great experience.

Best Indian Restaurant in Sittingbourne, they do not do the delivery, but also best takeaway in town and first Indian in Swale! Great value for money, large portions compared to others, their Onion Bhajis are LARGE! The waiter Jack is the best, always recommend me a new dish every time - Parts 4 U

Always good and very friendly to the jolly boys! We have been eating here for many years now with no problems ever. This also works out the best value per person than many others I have been to. Keep it up guys and see you soon.

I visited the Empress with some friends for my birthday celebrations. The staff were very helpful and friendly, there was no rush. The food was delicious and we had a lovely evening.

Fantastic experience, owner was friendly and very attentive, food was top quality, would recommend to anyone who loves an Indian.

As usual great service with a lovely clean and fresh feel with new layout of white linen cloth on the tables and mirrored lit background decor simply adds to the overall absence and as usual great tasting food and a good selection of drinks with very polite and attentative service. Great value for money, and my guests are amazed when they try the lovely selection of different curries available. A surprise finish and good end to the evening were the free Baileys drink and Brandy with Orange chocolate pieces to finish. A great night out for special occasions. Good to shake hands with everyone, including the chef on departure to say thank you for it all.

British Raj Indian Restaurant never fails to impress with its authentic flavors and warm hospitality. From the aromatic curries to the perfectly cooked tandoori dishes, every bite is a burst of delightful spices. The attentive staff adds an extra touch of excellence, making it a must-visit for Indian food enthusiasts. Highly recommended!

We received a warm welcome when we arrived and was served by a polite and attentive lady. The food was both fabulous and of very generous portions. All washed down with a couple of Cobra lagers, which were on draft. Drinks, poppadoms, starters and mains for 2 with a bill under £50. Excellent value for money and I would highly recommend.
