Great Food Quick Service. Went for lunch on BH Monday there was a cabin serving, drinks sandwiches and chips. We had lobster and prawn brioches, very quick, very nice. Great chips. Went back on Tuesday and had Seafood Platter shared a half one between two ( ladies) there was loads ( plus more chips!) sat at a table on the beach. Food was brilliant. Great view too.

Oysters are oysters and we all had them for starters, delicious. And then with the mains, it all went quiet. This is one of the tastiest, freshest fish meals we've enjoyed. We savoured those flavours. My Ma had Cod with pesto, just outstanding; my bro went full on with half a lobster, seriously good. I had crispy seabass with light soy and ginger, it was excellent - I still have that flavour memory floating around my head.

If you enjoy seafood this is the place for you. Crab, squid, chile prawns, fish cakes, oysters and fish soup were shared amongst us and all were fresh, local and tasted delicious. This is a quirky little place but is well worth a visit for any seafood fan visiting Whitstable. There is plenty of choice and if you can't choose, just graze away with little bits of everything. Highly recommended.
