Excellent company. I've been with them a few years now without any hassle or problems. Portal is very easy to use and call centre always very professional and helpful. LR2 was very helpful with my policy renewal over the phone today. Quick and all questions dealt with thoroughly. Very happy and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending.

Spoke to Adam today as I wanted to cancel my policy, because I had taken, what I thought was the cheapest quote, out with another provider. It was great to see that the cheapest quote was with one call all along, and Adam helped me and reassured me , so I stayed with one call... amazing.

Great service, great communication. Price for insurance was compatible with other comparison sites, but I find actually speaking to someone a great deal better than filling in forms on my phone. Keep up the good work thank you see ya next year.

Seamless conversation with very prompt responses from Shanice B who was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Immediately resolved my issues within kess than five minutes. I was helped today via the Web chat by Courtney W as I'd updated my details on the customer portal ready for a renewal of my car insurance and the portal then showed that I had 2 policies in place. Courtney explained how it worked and assured me only 1 policy was active. Very helpful.
