Steve has helped my dental practice transfer from a slow out dated computer hardware system to a much faster and easier to use system. The software transfer from the old to new system was seamless which in turn minimised business downtime. Since installation the hardware has been well monitored and supported by Steve. The level of service has been fantastic so far!

I found Control IT Solutions very helpful, identified our needs and weaknesses with system and found best packages, then explained how they would operate the installation and walked us through our new software. Top service from start to finish, highly recommend to any company that needs IT support.

James has done a fantastic job with us and managing our account. We always get a fast response and he's managed to sort all of our issues and answer or questions. The setup was handled really well and meant as little disruption for us as possible.

We approached CCN to implement a new IT system for a hotel that had to be acquired without any of the previous owners existing IT provision. CCN were instrumental in the planning and implementation all of the new IT requirements. The change over in all systems took place on one day with no disruption to either guests or staff. I was extremely impressed with CCNs knowledge, commitment and drive to ensure that this complex project was achieved successfully. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in our industry.

At Birnam Arts we have used CCN as our IT support for around six years now. We have always been delighted with the prompt, friendly and professional service that we receive.
