I have been a regular client of Refresh for many years now and always find them helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. Recently changed my laptop for an all-in-one desktop and they installed everything I needed and moved the relevant online accounts over seamlessly and remotely, so I did not have to take my machine to their offices and wait a couple of days. A year ago my office account was hacked and they locked it down within 30 minutes of my call and gave me advice about securing it to prevent further hacks.

Took my slow, tired laptop in to these guys without holding out much hope that anything could be done with it, but within a couple of days they'd got back to me with professional advice around my options. I opted to proceed with the recommended upgrades and my laptop was ready to collect a few days later. It now runs like new and at a fraction of the cost of a new one. Refresh have provided my IT support for about 7 years, I have always found them to be quick and efficient. They are happy to explain things in the type of language that anyone can understand so you don't get confused by IT terminology. I particularly like the fact that they are able to provide remote support as this saves me a lot of time and means that if I do have a computer problem the PC is not out of action for any longer than necessary something that is critical to my business.
