“House Family Events caters to all types of events, from weddings to funerals and everything in between. They also have an Al fresco bar, which is Hawkes House. The building, a very old structure formerly used as an ale and porter store and a log store for Thornbury Castle, retains their historic charm with exposed stonework and an ancient archway from a former road. You'll find a cosy atmosphere, with old bookshelves filled with interesting books and board games, creating a welcoming, relaxing space. Coffee and home-cooked food are available throughout the day, making it perfect for a bite or a quick refreshment. House Family Events offers a variety of local keg options alongside cask ales, making it an excellent spot for food, drinks, and a taste of history. Used Cameron's Catering for a 60th birthday last weekend. Very good service, easily contactable, good selection of food. The Vegan selection was excellent and went down really well. Thanks.

The food is great Sunday lunches are the best, especially to roast potatoes. Good value for money ,the services great.

Hired for a large birthday party. Came to the venue and cooked and served a selection of different burgers for the event. Good sized portions. Lots of compliments about the food from guests. Excellent communication to make arrangements. Would definitely recommend as an event caterer. Everything perfect on the night.

Goated scran, polished off in 10 minutes. Tasted like heaven in a roll. Women was very nice also. Shout out yxng KP was there when we ordered.

I had a cheese burger and egg with onions. Burger was thick Great service. I'll be back for sure. Nice area to eat food on benches

Hawks House were our caterers for our garden wedding. They did the best job and made our day perfect.. The food was delicious!!! Canapés, a lamb Moroccan style fest and the pizza horse box for the evening. James's team were great, very professional, they didn't need any instructions and just got on with it. I would highly recommend.

Hired house box for my wedding and the pizza went down a storm with the guests. Great quality and good value. Would highly recommend if you are hosting an event.

Had a pancake stack with bacon and syrup for lunch today. Very nice, most enjoyable.
